1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Hektera LinkedIn Automation service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hektera provides an automated content publishing service that monitors industry news sources, generates LinkedIn posts using AI, and publishes approved content to your LinkedIn company page via the LinkedIn Marketing Developer Platform API.

3. LinkedIn API Usage

Our Service uses the LinkedIn API in accordance with LinkedIn's API Terms of Use. By using our Service, you grant Hektera permission to use the following OAuth 2.0 scopes on your behalf:

• w_organization_social — to create and publish posts to your LinkedIn company page
• r_organization_social — to read existing posts and engagement data from your LinkedIn company page

You represent that you are authorized to grant these permissions for the LinkedIn company page associated with your account.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published.
• You must ensure that published content complies with LinkedIn's Community Policies and Terms of Service.
• You must not use the Service to publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates applicable laws.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

AI-generated content produced by the Service is provided for your use. You retain ownership of content published to your LinkedIn company page. Hektera retains ownership of the Service, software, and underlying technology.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Hektera does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability or that AI-generated content will meet any specific quality standard. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hektera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational damage.

8. Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time. You can revoke LinkedIn API access at any time via your LinkedIn account settings. Hektera reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of İzmir, Turkey.
